Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and mixology as creative outlets. I like experimenting with different cuisines, flavours and techniques, whether I’m making a dish from scratch or putting my own spin on a cocktail. Both give me a chance to slow down, be creative and enjoy the process of making something tangible.
